Why in creating web page we have to follow 60% of content and 40% of creativity on design?


"Web Page" Content & Creativity & Design is important of making Web page, but why we have to follow 60% in content because this important part of the Web page, the content is come from your self and your plan, and the design & creativity is 40% because they can easy get the design from the computer and it is important also because without this design and creativity your Web page is not complete...

In this past years i have a lot of experiences, like work in San Francisco Agusan del Sur, for when i got that work i am so exited because there a lot of things i learn it, but a time passing by, I'm so sad because it is not easy to live alone there are sometimes you got sick and no one will care for you but thank God his always there for me. Then when my parents decided i will go to school again I'm so confused because of my age, it is not easy to go to school because it is hard for me to understand the all subject, but for the sake of my parents i will go so that I'm here facing my all circumtances but thank God he give a lot of friends and they me happiness all the time.
